Mike Epstein Hitting, Inc. is proud to announce that Geoff Comfort has joined our corporate staff. Geoff is a Certified Instructor in the Epstein Hitting System™. His primary responsibility is organizing and staging local and out-of-town hitting camps, clinics, and seminars for youth leagues. In four years at Serra High School in San Mateo, California, Geoff helped lead every team he played on to championships in the WCAL. The WCAL has produced numerous professional players such as current stars Pat Burrell and Eric Byrnes. Geoff was awarded several Most Valuable Player honors including First Team All-State, and Honorable Mention 1998 California Player of the Year by USA Today. He became only the second player in school history to win the Triple Crown while slugging 11 Home Runs and setting school records for total bases in a season (95), runs (43), career batting average (.482) and season batting average (.568). These accomplishments surpassed previous school record holders, including Jim Fregosi, Gregg Jefferies, and Barry Bonds.
